The reality is the Big 5 can dislodge Rolly Polly immediately by simply declaring right now that they will not participate in Panorama if Rolly Polly and his gang don't step down. The Big Five plus any three can hold their own Panorama and that is where the people will go.
CIP sounds good, but they have not brought down Rolly Polly and the gangstas. The significant pressure has come from Dr. Dolly, Gregory, Dane and TV6.
CIP should ask College Boy to take down Rolly Polly, D'Photo and the fake news PRO. And in return they will ask the head of club jail to reduce his sentence.
Bugs, I mention the big bands dropping out of Pan Trinbago but the CIP is not ready to make such a bold statement, had they done that they would have been top dawg today, as it is they have to wait on the elections.
Boi you and I look at the same picture and see different things, First of all I love the steelband [not pan] and I know that once there is a Carnival in the Mecca there is room for the steelband, my job here is to point out that the Steelband has cultural value that should be protected. Second it is my hope to go to the Mecca and enjoy the steelband on the streets.
Now you on the other hand you told us here in the forum the you are never going back to the Mecca and you don't like the steelband. Two people looking at the same picture and seeing it differently.
I believe that the CIP will grow form strength to strength because they have a vision for the steelband.
