I was the BIGGEST KEITH DIAZ detractor in THE WORLD (although he and I have become friends today) but he and I agreed on one thing. Instead of putting little BLACK BOYS in PRISON in TRINIDAD ... why can't we set up a PAN PRODUCTION CENTER and put the young men to work under the supervision of CAREER PAN TUNERS and in 5 to 10 years we could have a THRIVING GLOBAL PAN BUSINESS bringing in MILLIONS IN FOREIGN EXCHANGE.
I understand that THE PNM POLITICS is about DEPENDENCY -- but when will we put PEOPLE over POLITICS. And i know that for POLITICAL REASONS a HIGH CRIME RATE is a POLITICAL TOOL ... but what about NATION BUILDING.
