Under the DISTINGUISHED VISION of ROBERT HERNANDEZ (future PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO 2021), Highlanders Steel Orchestra is in the process of building a modern Pan Theatre at its Pan Yard location. The Pan Yard is located on the Eastern Main Road at the corner of William Street, Success Village, Laventille. The band secured a ninety nine (99) year lease on the property from the National Petroleum Marketing Company of Trinidad and Tobago (NP), and is getting some assistance from the East Port of Spain.

When is WHEN STEEL TALKS going to do an INTERVIEW with THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO?
The whole of the NORTH VOTE (and most of the EAST VOTE) has already swung to the PRESIDENT IN WAITING (Robert Hernandez -- BEVERLEY IS HISTORY) but yet we know very little about THE MAN ROBERT HERNANDEZ. I am urging WHEN STEEL TALKS to track down MR. HERNANDEZ and do an interview with him so that he can tell us EXACTLY what plans he has FOR THE FUTURE OF PAN TRINBAGO.
