The objectives of the Association shall be :-
To act as the sole representative for members and member Steelbands in all matters relative to the development, promotion and performance of Steelpan and Steelband music within the Republic and throughout the world in its capacity as the World Governing Body for Steelpan and Steelband music.Ah WONDER if HATTERS qualify under any of THESE CATEGORIES?
