The ONE THING that I have ADVOCATED FOR on THIS FORUM FOR YEARS NOW -- is MORE LINKAGE between EXPATS AND LOCALS ... and FINALLY I see it MANIFESTING in the FINANCIAL ARENA!!! So I AM HAPPY!!!

If people look around they could see the concept UNFOLDING -- even though THE ADMINISTRATIVE TALENT and VISION is STILL VERY WEAK ... from THE LOCAL END!!!

If THE TRINIS ever OPEN THEIR EYES -- they could have MILLIONS of DOLLARS pouring into TRINIDAD from EXPATS ... SOURCE OF FUNDS that could be put to PROGRESSIVE and COMPASSIONATE CAUSES ... if THE LOCALS DO NOT STEAL THE MONEY ... this could EVOLVE into something BIG AND BEAUTIFUL AND PATRIOTIC!!!
