Your Tribute To Women In Pan “Celebration of Women and the Steelpan Art Form had me thinking.
On Panorama Finals night we saw Pan Trinbago leadership offer awards for the role the men played in the steelband movement. I’m wondering when will PT dedicate a year or signal an interest in doing the same for the role the women played in the development of the Steelpan Art Form.
We have to prepare fo the changing roles the women arrangers are going to play in Panorama during the next decade or two. Who knows, their impact may change the format as we know it.

A Change movement is starting...
The first all female orchestra to perform at Panorama. Platinum Steel Orchestra's performance at Panorama preliminaries 2016. Their tune of choice is Blueboy's "Unknown Band" and the arranger is Natasha Joseph.
I am ready for what ever women have to contribute, it looks like the men run dry. lol
I am sure that women arrangers will their touch to panorama but how do we prepare for it?
