PAN LOVERS could not ask for more support and coverage from the TRINIDAD MEDIA in its attempt to expose the corruption in PAN TRINBAGO. It would be a good idea for a few of the DIEHARDS on this forum to write some letters to selected MEDIA HOUSES praising and thanking them for the steady stream of reporting on this PAN CRISIS. And encouraging them to stay ON TOPIC!!!
NEWSDAY deserves some special mention!!! And of course that MARK BASANT!!!
Now I do have to admit that Byron Serrette started the MEDIA CONSCIOUSNESS and just when it was losing steam Dane Gulston and Gregory Lindsay brought the fire to FULL FLAME in the last few weeks.
Bugs and Cecil and ODW and Bertel Gittens and merrytonestothebone have never allowed the subject to die on this forum -- and that has been going on FOR YEARS. And we could always expect Ayesha Mohammed to chime in with some POINTED JABS.
It seems like the "MOVEMENT" is seeing some daylight as the MINISTER OF CULTURE offers HOPE and RESOLUTION in cleaning up CORRUPTION IN PAN TRINBAGO. But PAN LOVERS both LOCAL and EXPAT should keep the pedal to the metal (especially you Gregory Lindsay) encouraging the local media (any way you could) to continue to shine its lights on this STEELBAND CRISIS.
