There is no division among pan people.
Message to The Greatest Pan Politician Who Ever Lived.
We have met a lot of people trying to convince us that the president is not that bright and to us that is the biggest mistake people make when taking him on as an opponent. Mr. Claude Gonzales described him as the greatest pan politician in the world and he is right. It is just unfortunate that the profession is now synonymous with thieving, lying, womanizing, deceit etc.
What makes the president so elusive is the way he subtly divides us to gain the popular vote.
He uses his pan program on I 95.5 every satursday as a tool of division and we hope the management removes him soon. Feeding us the fear of a takeover from some outside group while he claims to stand with you. Pan people, the last nation to fall for that was the United States of America and they are now the laughing stock of the world. Lets us learn for the mistakes of others.
Examples of the divisive talk that has come from the president and this executive, fuelling our fears.
1. We Africans must stick together. (Race)
2. Them fellas who come from UWI want to take over. (Intelligence)
3. Rowley want a Tobagonian to run Pan Trinbago. (Geography)
4. Grassroots people must stay in control. (Class)
5. The NCC wants to take over what belongs to us. (Organization)
Now, we must compliment good strategy when we see it but we must also reject any strategy used against us that would have us divided as pan people. With unity comes strength and we can accomplish anything together.
Tomorrow will be a historic day.
Be there and don’t let divisive talk stop us from saving our organization, Pan Trinbago.

The true criteria of LEADERSHIP is for the benefit of the followers, under the leadership of past presidents pan men and women had year round work to display their musical skills, what do you have today under the present leadership?
No administrative skills when it comes to adapting to new technology, its all about "WE" first mentality no visionary thinking, denying the young pan players career paths in the music industry by not paying for services rendered. An objective analysis is necessary before we let our emotions get carried away.
odw: I like how you always contribute a POSITIVE MESSAGE to the FORUM. At the same time you have to look at the sociology surrounding the development of the PAN MOVEMENT to the present day. From my perspective, the GLOBAL GROWTH of PAN has to be a major consideration for any LEADERSHIP GROUP in Trinidad and Tobago. And I don't see how the LOCALS could have that consciousness to integrate that element into what they call "Global" and "International" organizations down there.
Look at the level of struggle and politics just to gain control of the FREE PAN RESOURCES from the Government.
I think that we are like 20 years away from "objective analysis" and by that time the GLOBAL PAN MOVEMENT would have left us MILES BEHIND!!!
They must first achieve a certain level of success locally before they tackle anything Global.
The reality is we are not removed from the GLOBAL experience, with an internet connection a kid in Trinidad can attend school in America by following the school curriculum online, It's no different for parents who decided to "home-school" their kids in the States. With an internet connection in the Panyard you have the ability to STREAM your music GLOBALLY via paid subscription or free access. This is how our FUTURE looks...

Ah just hack Mr Diaz computer and this is what I saw;
We cyah remember wey the money went, we spent ah lil bit here, ah lil bit there, we spend money everywhere, for six years we doing dat, nobody complain before so we figure everything OK. Now allyuh want we to give account, we cyah remember what we did wid all dat money. If allyuh say we responsible for everything on allyuh list, we probably are, but we cyah remember. As for the two SUV, we forget about dat too.
Right now we trying to figure out how to work with a reduced budget for 2018 panorama, it go be hard to squeeze out ah lil $250 for players but we go try we best to make it happen, the players come first wid we.
I'm here reflecting on how to handle the CONFRONTATION, ah mean AGM tomorrow, if ah provoke the opposition maybe ah could start a revolt so we'll have to cancel the meeting again and buy meh some time. I just want to get past another panorama.

I don't know exactly when switched from helping others as a regional leader, to helping TEAM M&M eat ah food at the national level.... But I guess for you is ah case of.."De horse cyah starve while de grass growing......wherever you tie your horse,..it must graze FIRST AND FOREMOST"...The only disservice that overshadows your own damning indictment going from hero to zero....is the degree and depth of insolvency that this particular executive led by this blind Captain has pointed organization of which, we, the stakeholders are literally awashed with financial embarrassment
FOR OUR DEAR MEMBERS AND DELEGATES at the AGM on this coming Sunday, there are many serious questions to be I asked.......I forwarded them to this goodly gentleman...Radio Silence! DE NADA.,..
Leadership, strategy and authority are the immediate requirements in order to do what is necessary with regard to Pan Trinbago....Democracy could and will be challenged by the prevalence of fear, greed/self interest, corruption and inertia (resistance to change) which exists among many who currently make up its membership. Proverbially, the DOG will wag its TAIL on Sunday AGM......or lest I dare say time will tell.
PanTrinbago never responded on the allegations of illegally importing two vehicles.
How did the 2016 show a loss of $1,666,000.00 after showing a profit of 8,500,000.00 the previous year,
Why did security expenses increase from $1,107,000 to $2,441,000, rentals increased from $871, 000 to $4,052,462 etc.
It is alleged that the expenses for the Greens in 2016 were $6,872,000.00 resulting in a loss of over $4,800, 000.
Michael Joseph....these are some of the questions to be asked. It appears that there is no plan of action in addressing serious issues with Pan Trinbago.
Let us not waste our time and other panmen and women's time on Sunday.
Confrontational approaches don't necessarily solve problems.
There is a lot more which will be divulged such after the Pan Trinbago AGM and the accounts are before us and gone through by professionals and "informed" persons in our Group. We both know that Accounts never tell the whole story and these Accounts will be prepared to ensure they don't....and will be informed by a scorched earth strategy in the event things don't work out for the current leadership.
Please consider yourself as being advised of the abovementioned and be guided accordingly..

This is how the game is played. Pan men and women should take a stand. The fact that he has a Radio program to CONTROL his message, there are some who don't understand how the social networks work and who benefits most when it comes to messaging. Facebook recently declared for their 2nd quarter earnings over 9Billion dollars. Become informed and take responsibility for decisions you make when you decide to VOTE or decide to REVOLT...
