Anybody in THE WORLD who wants to learn about STEELBAND HISTORY AND MUSIC could come to the WHENSTEELTALKS WEBSITE and gain access to THE WORLD OF PAN.

And anybody in THE WORLD who wants to hire a STEELBAND could go to GIG SALAD and find a STEELBAND for HIRE. Although it mostly services NORTH AMERICA. But there are a few rich people out there in the OUTER WORLD who actually import PAN ACTS from GIG SALAD.

So that is as close as we get to any WORLD GOVERNANCE of STEELBAND MUSIC.

As a friend of mine used to redundantly say: Saying all this to say ... PAN TRINBAGO should stop calling itself the WORLD GOVERNING BODY OF PAN. Since PAN TRINBAGO does NOTHING  in the  WORLD TO GLOBALIZE PAN!!!
