no, they rescheduled it for today. his point is they KNEW they werent gonna be able to proceed with the rain, and they should have TOLD the bands before they all got dressed and ready and transported all the gear to the Museum.
No, Catt - not the case at all. There was literally a mini revolt by the bands in front of the stage last night, with them refusing to take the stage and play under those rain conditions, which is what WIADCA was trying to force them to agree to.
For those people who were not sitting up front and could not see what was going on, they only heard the WIADCA management say over the sound system "Band leaders please come to the tent on stage right, so we can have a civil conversation about this situation."
So yes, WIADCA only rescheduled for today because the bands refused to play in the rain.

And no, Panstars did not perform. They just posted on FB that no, they are not playing today either. I only know that much, still do not know why that decision was made. They will be in the j'ouvert though.
