PAN TRINBAGO has to be RESTRUCTURED in the BEST INTEREST OF PAN.

And so the 18,000 members of WHEN STEEL TALKS who claim to SO LOVE PAN must start screaming at the TOP OF THEIR VOICES for the restructuring  of PAN TRINBAGO as THIS ELECTION approaches or else we will ALL DIE and leave PAN in its current state of CORRUPTION and STAGNATION in THE MECCA.
