Tobago, W.I. - The THA (Tobago House of Assembly) Pan Champs 2012 competition took place last evening, February 14, at the Garden Side Car Park, Scarborough in Trinidad’s sister isle of Tobago.
Seventeen bands competed in three categories: Large Conventional Steel Orchestras, Small Conventional Steel Orchestras and Single Pan bands.
