Some really PROGRESSIVE PLANS were in place for PAN TRINBAGO had Lawford Dupres been elected PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO!!!
First of all, PAN PLAYERS would have already been paid along with WINNING BANDS. And no 10% deduction would have been taken from the WINNING BANDS. Since this was the Government-Backed candidate, MILLIONS of dollars would have already been poured into PAN TRINBAGO and pre-designed management teams would have already been in place. Amar would have joined forces with Lawford Dupres and a special committee to take PAN MUSIC to the world would have been close to functioning even in this short period after the election. Not to mention that I would have been a part of that GLOBAL EFFORT to take PAN MUSIC to the world.
Major corporations across Trinidad and Tobago would have been coming to the rescue of PAN under Dupres and Amar and this PANORAMA would have seen a level of organization that would make every PAN LOVER in the world PROUD.
The PRO (Sandra Awai) would have been out there holding press conferences, meeting with corporate heads across the country -- and outreach to FOREIGN NATIONALS (like Michael Smith, Salah Wilson, Bob Diaz, bugs and odw) would have been at a fever pitch.
And that is just a drop in the bucket of PAN PROGRESS that was designed by Lawford Dupres and his Government Connections. PAN PROGRESS was ASSURED.
Instead, we have the silent TEAM REBUILD -- caught in a political quagmire as PAN SUFFERS ... one more time. And to make matters worse we have so-called PAN PROGRESS LOVERS on THIS FORUM clapping and supporting TEAM REBUILD as if they hitting FOURS and SIXES when if fact they OUT FOR DUCK after this first two weeks!!!

Is it too late to change things and put Mr. Dupres in as PRESIDENT?
