Going into the show BJ MARCELLE was sure that the tide was in HIS FAVOUR and the stars were aligned to give him a title. And the TOBAGO audience saw the arch of victory as BEVERLEY landed the BIG EVENT on their grounds and they were going to display their STEELBAND SUPERIORITY to the world and be rewarded with THE GRAND PRIZE.
What a shock they got!!! What a shock I got when THIRD PLACE was as high as BEVERLEY chose to give them on their HOME GROUND at this HISTORIC EVENT. I thought I heard the announcer say that there was some BOOING from the crowd -- and rightly so.
That woman just has her own agendas and she would trample over anybody to gain personal recognition.
And to make matters worse, ALL THE TRINIDAD SHEEP just keep praising this woman and boasting about how much she has accomplished when they spent all that money on TOBAGO PANORAMA and fool everybody about BOOSTING TOURISM and failed to properly broadcast the event to the world.
WHAT WASTED OPPORTUNITIES: Both for THE TOBAGO STEELBAND MOVEMENT and TOBAGO TOURISM.
