They have to sit down and wait for the day when their MINISTER OF CULTURE decide to HAND THEM SOME MONEY to build a WEBSITE to promote THE PAN TING GLOBALLY. And up to now they have not had a MINISTER OF CULTURE with that kind of GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS for PAN.

And even when that day comes, they will have ZERO UNDERSTANDING of who their GLOBAL audience is, or how to reach them -- so is like NOTHING from NOTHING leaves NOTHING.
