Some people say that the investigation has been completed and the report will be delivered soon. Because DOCTOR DOLLY got INTEGRITY and she will not LIE to the PEOPLE. If I was the MINISTER I would come out and tell the PUBLIC that the investigation has been completed and there were areas of concern but we did not find any blatant evidence of TIEFING or CORRUPTION (financial irregularities). And we have now put checks and balances in place to make sure that there is greater accountability in the future. And that despite reports from Keith Simpson and Beverley Ramsey-Moore and Byron Serrette and Aquil Arrindell and Cindy Rosemin (all of whom resigned because of corruption they witnessed in PAN TRINBAGO) -- KEITH DIAZ is an HONEST MAN who is doing the very best he can as the GLOBAL LEADER OF PAN to make the STEEPAN a billion industry in these tough economic times in TRINIDAD and TOBAGO. (I left out GREGORY LINDSAY and MARK BASSANT!!!)
And our FOCUS NOW is to bring to the PEOPLE OF TRINIDAD and TOBAGO and the WORLD a SUCCESSFUL CARNIVAL 2018 center-staged by the GREATEST PANORAMA in the history of PANORAMA.
