The fact that there has been NO replacement PRO for almost a year could lend some credence to this weakness in her LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
Now, I have personally begged her to REPLACE the CURRENT ERO with a better suited candidate. But that is NOT the trap that is going spring and cement that analysis of her.
About SIX MONTHS the PRESIDENT got some revelations about one of her EXECUTIVES and I was CERTAIN that THE PRESIDENT would announce that executive's replacement at the AGM on SUNDAY. But she could NOT PULL THE TRIGGER.
Today, GREGORY LINDSDAY is ON THE SCENT of that SCANDAL and he will NOT STOP until it gets into THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. At which point all the NON-SHEEP would be wondering why she did NOT NIP that CRISIS in THE BUD.
So maybe the HIGH LEVEL EXECUTIVES in TONG who made that observation about her are right: The PRESIDENT may indeed LACK DECISIVENESS.
But I understand THE BEV better than most people do; and even though I constantly criticize her, I could still see things from HER PERSPECTIVE.
Bottom Line: That is a REAL TOUGH JOB that she has right now. But if she is BRAVE ENOUGH to address the issues mentioned above and then HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE and TURN A NEW PAGE -- she could save the day.
But that will take some DECISIVENESS!!!
