Since the Act No 5 of 1986 has been bestowed upon them/pan trinbago and funded, Pan Trinbago should have been a self-sufficient entity by now, don't U think, think about this people, the ROTT Government has allotted million's of tax payers dollars every year since 1986, up to a maximum of $34,000.000.000.oo tt dollars to date this year alone, where pan tuners should have a decent place to live, and a sound proof room to tune their instruments, because with out these pan/instruments, U have no pan, no arrangers, no players NO BAND, and what do pan people really get from Pan Trinbago after panorama, each band player get's a lousy $1,000.oo dollars, where the winning large band get's $1, million, as part of a four category break down, single, small, medium, and large, where they/pan trinbago deduct's 10 % from every band, now people, where do U think the rest of the funding goes, and don't U think a government financial audit is warranted ??? don't U think ABUSE AND ROBBERY IS EMINENT??? time to WAKE UP PEOPLE...

My question is, where do you start at fixing this problem. Is the Act No 5 of 1986 OUTDATED???
There's is no clear understanding concerning the rights and entitlements of Pan Trinbago, collecting such huge government subsidies without accountability can easily create a "get rich quick" scheme for an opportunist.
