    • Yes, Mr. Peters they were all members of the 1967 National Trinidad and Tobago Steelband that went to Expo 67 in Canada.

  • Right.  And that's Lennox (Bobby) Mohammed (far left), famous for being the first ever arranger/leader to take a south band (Guinness Cavaliers) to winners' row in a national Panorama.  Think it was in 1967.  Anyone remember the winning tune?

    • Lenox Mohammed,Emanuel Riley, Birch Kellman and Pedro Alexander.
      • Hi Victor you are correct.  Do you know the connection between them?

        • Yes Pan Times, They were all panist/members at different times of The T&T Steel Band Association.

  • From Left to Right, Lennox ( Bobby) Mohammed, Bertram (Butch) Kellman, Emanuel Riley(Cobo Jack) Ronald Emrit?

This must be a trick question, you gave the answer they are great Pan Men of Steel, they are men of distinction, innovators, steelband pioneers, educators. The only thing I see they have in common is, they have not been given their due recognition for their contributions to this great art-form. Dr. Bertram Kellman is anyone at UWI listening?
