I would say the most Accomplished Arranger was Anthony Williams, He have proven himself in every aspects of Musical Arrangement.
Is Anthony Williams more accomplished in arranging Pan music than Bradley or Boogsie?? Please!
Bertel, you have to look at what Tony was doing fifty years ago, you are putting his in these times.
Tony Williams knew how to arrange notes on a pan, he then build a rack [stand] and arrange his pans on it, them he arrange beautiful music for the pans to play, Tony Williams is a genius.
