WIADCA - Web Site - No information on Panorama 2017

Why is their no information on Panorama 2017 on the WIADCA web site:

http://wiadcacarnival.org/events/

99% of the information on the site is about Carnival 2017 and the events surrounding it.  Actually most of the information on the website is outdated and goes back to 2013.

Any new information would be great.
