Mockary of our culture - - Dishonesty Rules

Are the Results of J'Ouvert REAL or FAKE

Danville Williamson the president of J'Ouvert City International Inc. through out the last week of the labor day season expressed to every one that he is controlling the results of all the competitions Masqueraders and Pan. On labor day morning he was seen and over heard buy bi standers Sayin to the judges and i quote ( boy he come first, hear da tune) 
What the organization did not know, for the last pass several years a group of us monitors all the judging areas to see if there are any wrong doing, there was no wrong doings by the judging areas. How ever the wrong doing came out in the results posted on Basement recording website .

The so called 1st place winner for individual masqueraders didn’t participate in J'Ouvert this year, how on earth did he place first,

Danville the president of J'Ouvert City International please explain.
How can we know who the real winners are?
Where are the score sheets?
