Cecil you've got to love Boogsie's arrangement of Billy Jean with Phase II. If Bradley and Desperadoes had not upstage everything with "Ordinary People", Phase II's performance and Boogsie's arrangement would have gone down as one of the all time steelband music classics. I do agree that Salah's "Man in the Mirror" is right up there.
