Hello WST, I have been playing pan since 1989. I began my studies of pan (tenor, double seconds) at the University of North Texas. I have played with Invaders in Trinidad (96), Moods Pan Groove in Brooklyn (97), Pandemonium (96-97), and other small pan and jazz ensembles. I am currently finishing a Ph.D. in ethnomusicology at Wesleyan Univ. on parang music in Trinidad, and I am playing pan and latin percussion in the NYC area.
