  Thanks C. Dalrymple for your comment. I thought that this concern was laid to rest way back in 1986. As I replied to the Gentleman who raised this issue, "Rules may be unfair, but we still have to obey them."
  
  PS: I know of a Claude Dalrymple from the best neighbourhood in the world, Laventille.
  Please advise if this is he. If not, it it is okay to disagree with me regarding Laventille, but that is the area I grew up in, and still stay in the same house whenever I am in Trinidad Thanks, Ian Franklin
