I had a chat with the Mighty Sparrow a few weeks ago when he came to Antigua for a concert. He was still in great spirit and delivered a commanding performance at the carnival fete Vintage. This was one of the tunes he shared in the interview on Rogers Radio Caribbean.
The indoctrination stuck, after all these years I could still remember all that stuff they taught me in school, and can still sing every word of this song......can only be done like the Mighty Birdie, and still sounding good.
