I am not sure if you remember me. I am Keith Maynard, I lived in Cary during the mid-nineties. I used to hang in your restaurant, listened to Freddy Greene some Sundays. I attended one of your outdoor gigs, etc. There was a tall brother who sold nature's blessings for the hair. I want to believe his name was Willie. Anyway, I am back in T&T now. I play with Phase II for Carnival.
HEY, Mickey, they have never experience the truth so they will never know the truth.Even tho I never played the Double Tenor with c symphony (I played Tenor together with schulay (deceased),(diamond symphony then, with Belfast(deceased) arranging)) I lived at #1 st paul st and saw everything that went on, It was YOU, EDDIE KING, SPONGY and a guy, cant remember his name from the combo side (he and bass man (lloyd collins) were good friends on double tenor. Yes, they never experience hearing that Organ tone and they probably will never, never hear it. Amen on that tone
Hey Mickey, I am glad that you finally made your comment bout Spongy, I wish you had add that comment on the thread "PLAY A TUNE ON A PAN WITHOUT PRACTICING" so that the others may see it. It seems that some of them doubting his ability, peace young mills.
