This took place in 1964. This was my first time hearing and seeing Pan Am play and it was at this event when the Host made it known to the audience that Anthony Williams had cultivated the youngest bass player on his roster and that player must have been you!...It is an extreme pleasure for me to write these words directly to you to express my admiration for your participation, to me, the 'Greatest Steel Orchestra' Trinidad had produced during that era. Thank you for your contributions to this great orchestra, which to me, was a Band that was ahead of it's time!

I would visit with Ronald in the pan yard on my trips home . It is so sad that he passed away in such a terrible way.We all will miss a good friend and top pan man . Deepest sympathy from all " PanAm's" friends here in Canada, from Bob "Crazy" Theroulde and family.
