According to the Trinidad Guardian, Thursday, January 15, 2015, culture minister, Dr. Lincoln Douglas made an oversight when he submitted his 2015 budget allocations to Finance Minister, Larry Howai. He failed to include a $150 million debt which the NCC accrued in 2013. …
