A Must Watch Dat Yuh Cyar See! Too bad, because the few images that I was able to identify certainly piqued my interest.
Good, but TOO FAST!! By the time you blink it's gone.
Now that was so nice,That I made out everybody in the slides.Next time put the slides to run much faster. So everybody could see.
This is very nice, but I wish it was slower, so we can see the photos and not a fast moving blur.
Some dialog would have been nice too, or, at least a pan soundtrack!
Nice effort, though.
I would like to start a CONVERSATION (for the historians) about the steelbands that were impressive and singularly distinct in style and sound that are no longer with us. I am NOT talking about just ANY band of long ago and God knows there were soo many (one on every street) I am alluding to bands that were DISTINCT in their sound and playing and style and the mythology that was attached to those bands in those days. Like I said bands that are NO LONGER WITH US and whose names are not mentioned anymore in all the discussion I have seen on WST.....Bands like SUNVALLEY, RED ARMY, RISING SUN, KATZENJAMMERS, PAN AM NORTH STARS, SILVERTONES, SOUTHERN SYMPHONY and there might be 1 or 2 others. Speak to this my brothers. paddy corea
