that was when Phase 2 thought they won with Pan Rising but were pipped by All Stars

As I stated on another link, Desperadoes played "The Hammer" but, All Stars dropped the SLEDGE that night.

I'm not sure about the arranger, but if I had to guess I'd say Robbie Greenidge.
