I will love to see some of the other drum family he left behind, he spoke so much about the oversized pan and changing the game that I think it rubbed off, I will credit his work for inspiring my new Pan Pal case/stand which I am currently hoping the country of pan's origin would  champion since they already missed out on the pan.

Leroy ascended on Saturday morning around 11.30, a day I was actually enjoying because a group of USA and Trini scorpions were celebrating the 10th, as our collective birthdays. I can tell you that day was so unique, I woke up to the wild bluebirds feeding out of my hand,a beautiful sunny California day, then came the oversized rainbow(I took pics) but the hail that fell during a very brief shower was the moment I will mostly remember, white pellets falling in our hands from the clouds, while the rainbow silently lit up the sky. I will not mourn this man's passing since he did quite enough and deserves his R.I.P.  The baton has been passed, we are still in the lead, its our turn to win. Thank you Leroy.. I wonder if its called oversized pan in Heaven?

Pan tuners are such a gift to our musical community, we should so proud to have them as 'Trinis'.

They are the parents of the steel drum movement which has benefited all of us to such an extent,it is with the greatest love and respect, that I offer this tiny tribute to a man that has changed my life with his dedication to the instrument. I hope to continue the journey knowing you will always be a step ahead of the rest of us. Is there pan music in Heaven? .. God admitted it when he grabbed you and Bertie . I will continue to treasure the gift of pan with every breath..Thank you  Alan Gervais, Cliff Alexis, Bertie Marshall,Michael Kernahan, and Leroy'Ali' Williams for your personal contributions to my life in 'Pan' GOD BLESS YOU ALL..
