My dear Caribbean and Carnival loving friends , on the subject of " going home for Carnival" calypsos , no one ever did it better than The late Grand master of Calypso ,The Lord Kitchener .This one from the album "Home For Carnival" was big in 1976.The Lord Kitchener and "Home For Carnival"

Glenroy, my sincerest thanks to you for posting such an exceptionally great song by the Late Grandmaster. Every time I hear this "Ah does get a Good Carnival Tabanca". As you quite rightly stated "No one ever it better than the Late Grand Master of Calypso"
