Mr. Bryan fully understands what Boogsie meant and he has to know that there is no irony in his stmts. Mr. Bryan is engaging in damage-control when the damage is already done. Boogsie was already validated by the people of T&T and did not need an award for validation to speak out. "Dead" is a strong word but stagnant for a long, long, long time would suffice. We look fwd to a better future with the new president. His main job now is to wave a magic wand to get gov't interested in the pan.
