  • Many thanks for this info but please add an addendum ... of the 500 passengers who arrived in the UK all of them were NOT from Jamaica. The story is about TRINIDAD's steelpan changing the musical landscape of Britain. Jamaica is not the Caribbean and vice versa. I often encountered this anomaly during my sojourn in the UK as well as on the continent of Africa.
