  I was about to say good things about this PR effort. Instead I must express my disappointment at the brazen attempt at forced "mulculturalism" for the sake of politics. The reality is that neither cultural expression needs the chains. Each can stand proudly on its own and each is diminished by them.   I am not in T&T at this time, but I hope that the steelpan fraternity will raise its collective voice in protest at the fora during Steelfest,
