Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Eight steelpan ensembles will be competing in Sunday’s (November 4) First Citizen’s (FCB) International Steelpan Jazz Challenge 2012 Finals at the Grand Stand, Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Starting time is 5:00 p.m.
The winning ensemble will receive TT $50,000, with the second to eighth placed bands each collecting TT $25,000. At the end of the qualifying round, south-based Golden Hands Steel Orchestra amassed the highest points.
