The Ministry of Education’s Pan in the Classroom Unit, in collaboration with the Pan in Schools Coordinating Council hosts the Ministry of Education’s 14th Biennial National Junior Steelband Music Festival being held at the Jean Pierre Complex, Port of Spain and the Rudranath Capildeo Learning Resource Center, Couva in Trinidad and Tobago.
