Well is years now I am on THIS FORUM asking "WHERE IS THE MUSIC? WHERE IS THE MUSIC?" and just so yesterday ah find AN EXAMPLE of what I expect in GLOBAL PAN MUSIC ...

In 2010 THE TT GOVERNMENT granted $30,000,000 to PAN TRINBAGO to STAGE PANORAMA ...

... well in today's world -- any 5 year-old child  could do a search and realize that between then and now the TT GOVERNMENT has sunk around $300,000,000 into PANORAMA (and PAN TRINBAGO) between 2009 and 2019!!!

I have come to the conclusion that 1947 is the year that the first TENOR PAN was BUILT (in T&T) using a 55 gallon OIL DRUM!!!
