Everybody knows that PAN TRINBAGO is the WORLD GOVERNING BODY of STEELBAND -- even RUSSELL PROVIDENCE who come down FROM COUNTRY know that. So I hope that AINSWORTH MOHAMMED and EXODUS went and knelt before the POWERFUL QUEEN OF PAN and asked her blessings to use the GLOBAL/INTERNATIONAL LABEL.

So I hope that AINSWORTH MOHAMMED was respectful, humble and worshiping when he seeked PERMISSION from the WORLD GOVERNING BODY of STEELBAND to PRODUCE and HOST an INTERNATIONAL PAN RAMAJAY COMPETITION.

Claude!!! Although you love the idea of this International Pan Ramajay, I believe u are disappointed that the rules say ( N.B. Acoustic Steelpan only) no E PAN allowed. I think most quartet will not use any basses, this is one of the ways the E PAN excels with its ability to cover the complete orchestral range of a conventional steelband ensemble.
