Condolences to the Pouchet  and Silver Stars family.

I only got to know Edwin some 5 or 6 years ago when my son Jon André Kumar played with Silver Stars in the Large Bands Panorama Finals for the first time, as they were a medium band the year before. He was a very gentle soul, and had a very nice endearing and welcoming personality. He would be missed by the pan fraternity, as he had a very distinctive sound. Rest In Peace Edwin. Our Deepest Condolences go out to the Pouchet family.

From the Clarke's family: we forward our condolences to the Pouchet family. It was my pleasure working with him and silver stars steel orchestra. May he rest in peace.

It was an honour to be an integral part of Silver Stars' three (3) Panorama Victories, and hope that Edwin's successor will be worthy of the task of bringing the same success to the band, a fitting tribute to Edwin.
