New York - Panman Ulric Joseph has passed. When Steel Talks extends condolences to his family and friends. Ulric was the father of Tony Joseph (Metro Steel Orchestra) and Brian Joseph (Pantonic Steel Orchestra).

He was a good man,may the blessing of the lord be with the family,he will be missed.

I am sorry to hear about the passing of ulric, I knew him from City Symphony. I used to beat pan with symphony, I use to live next door to his 2 sons Tony and Brian at #1 st paul street,. Ulric was a good friend of Michigan (deceased) captain of symphony, i use to gamble against Ulric. May he rest in peace. Amen
