    This One is for My Bro. Glenroy. Glen do You remember in the first Panorama in Sando the Bands had to play Two Pieces. Their Panorama Piece and another Piece. Your Boys Southern Marines the Best Steel band in South at that time with their Five Note Bass Won the Competition? A lot of people won't remember that.

      The tune was Kitch's "The Road ", and the bomb tune was "Handel's Largo .

      They won the first South  panorama .

      That was 1963.

      I'll never forget the year, since I was there that Carnival Tuesday night when we clashed with Gondoliers on the Coffee .

    That's true. But He was not even there for the Finals. Who Arrangers misses out on Final night. If He was Present You would of seen Him Doing his thing Dancing in front of the Band.

      Did the GREAT Desperadoes get the Judges nod in 2003? NO!! Bradley or no Bradley. When yuh loss yuh LOSS! The records say so! We could argue from now until! What is no paper, is on paper! There are many bands that could say they win too, including Phase11, BUT DEY LOSS!!!!

    Bertel most people after hearing Despers in the Semis believed that they would of Won that Year 2003! They were shocked when the heard them in the Finals. They destroyed a Classical Piece. Even Boogsie was Scared of Despers. A Travesty.

      Val, What you talking about does happen to EVERY Big Steelband in TRINI!! But the facts are the FACTS!!! Desperadoes wanted to change their arrangement because they thought they had no chance in 2003! ALL Bands change arrangements when they feel they have no chance!

    Bertel. They had no choice. They had a falling out with Bradley. They regretted their folly. They never really respected Bradley as a Person. They just used Him for the Musical Genius He's Was.
