Silver Stars did it in 2009 and 2010 when they came up from medium category and since then till now it has been ALL Stars (4 WINS) Despers (2 WINS) Phase II (2 WINS) and Renegades (2 WINS) Will this year 2023 be the year for another Large band other than the four mention above to win the Panorama? Time will tell and good luck to all.

What is stopping the other large bands (besides All Stars, Despers, Phase II and Renegades) from winning Panorama?
Earl Richards, I'd guess absolutely NOTHING!! ... Other than not arranging and delivering a performance that would best any of the four bands stated above on the evening of Panorama.
You seem to insinuate that Silver Stars did just that in 2009 and 2010.
Perhaps, just perhaps this year, one of the ‘also rans’ might deliver an incomparable Panorama arrangement flawlessly and bun dem.
That may not come to pass; but, life in Pan Central will go on.
