If bugs was ah real MOVIE DIRECTOR (like he claims to be) he would have gone down to TRINIDAD for this coming PANORAMA and done a documentary on BAND HOPPING.
Imagine what a AFTER CARNIVAL BACCHANAL that would be when that documentary get released and you see close-ups of the same PAN MEN -- playing for MULTIPLE BANDS -- on the SAME STAGE on the SAME NIGHT in the SAME COMPETITION.
We talking ACADEMY AWARD, right there.
But ah have to LOVE meh TRINIS ... look what ah man say about OUR PANORAMA on Bertel Gittens PAN SITE ... we could not be more proud!!!
Can anybody name a "live musical show" anywhere in the world...that is better than TT panorama show?

Those guys on Bertel site are stuck in time or smoking a special kind of weed.
I guess they never seen or heard the Brazil Samba drum bands competition. I guess they have also never seen the HBC Battle of the bands competition.
I won't speak on who is better. But these two competitions can fill up 100,000 seat stadiums easily. And the players don't play in two bands. Oh, and the bands are massive.
And they have plenty flag women too.bugs

But Cecil the Internet does exist. The nonsense that come out of these guys mouths in public is embarrassing. That's why the gangsta team felt they were the best thing for pan.

Funny that my thesis was along those lines when I was at University.
My topic was "An investigation into the cultural, social and economic impact of Freelance players during the annual Panorama competition in Trinidad and Tobago."
