  • It appears that BJ Marcelle, "Professor" and Duvone Stewart got a band in each category.  I guess that they remove the rule which said that an arranger can only arrange for two bands.

Well, I wish them all luck in the competition.

    • Good observation Robert, Which Small band Duvone arranging for?

      • Hey, Bede: "IN DE MINOR" win the "STAGE MARCH" with SEVEN SELECTIONS going into this weekend.

IN DE MINOR turned out to be the BEST of a very bad bunch.

Cecil go be mad because SPANKIN run second with SIX SELECTIONS.

Tell all dem WST PANORAMA 2015 composers to save dey time and money next year. It go be more old tunes than ever. And after the BIG BANDS compose their own songs, there will be only one or two crumbs left for a couple new songs.

        • Claude, I listen to Boogsie Tune "Jump High" sung by Destra then I listen to Phase2 running it over, Its nice, a lot of things Harmony wise can be done with it,(Boogsie will make Mass with that tune) People will like it after Panorama because it came out too Late.

      • The Arrangers can only Arrange for (1) Band in Each Category,

        8. ARRANGERS:

8.1 Arrangers –Arrangers shall be allowed to arrange for only one (1) steelband in

        each category.

(Taken from the 2013 Panorama Rules and Regulations, Chapter 8 )

  • Phase II may not have been mentioned because their tune of choice was probably still to be loaded since it was only released yesterday

  • Phase 2 is missing from the list...

    • I think they were left out because 1st place is theirs already and everyone else is battling for 2nd 3rd and 4th.....lol

      • Bias statement. Look again, they are on the list.

        • They thing is in alphabetical order, but perhaps they think it should be at the top already LOL
