National Carnival Commission (NCC) Chairman Kenny De Silva has apologised for the poor production of the Dimanche Gras show last Sunday. Mr De Silva spoke to the media, during Carnival celebrations at the Piccadilly Greens said, the NCC takes full responsibility
Going forward, the NCC will get back to the drawing board before making plans for 2018.
