If dem bands in N.Y still go and play next saturday dem band leaders need some serious cut ass. They owe you money from last year may pay you next week to go and play for them again to turn around and do the samething again next year. When it happen dont cry or people come here crying they doh get pay.

As a safety measure for the intended participating bands in the 2017 Steel Band panorama why don't they negotiate with a contract as the other artists who get pay when they perform.?
Guys, we forgetting. Most of the people who hire pan players, not all, but mostof them believe theydoing pan man a favour. This can't change overnight.
I agree, band leaders should not commit their members to the same thing every year. It's the wrong message for the young pan people.
