Augustus Mark, 83, steel pan pioneer, better known as 'one man' is in dire need of blood.
Pan Trinbago is appealing to members of the steelband movement and the public to donate generously.
Mr. Mark aka “One Man” is resting comfortably at the Port of Spain General Hospital where he has been warded since Sunday after complaining of feeling unwell.
“One Man” is a foundation member of Casablanca Steel Orchestra having captained the band several times with numerous achievements to date.
He is also the founder of All Aces Steelband and Blanca 47.

When I saw "APPEAL FOR BLOOD", for a moment I thought they were asking for me, Sandra L Blood, to come on board until I read further. It's a pity, though, as I have the 'virus' and am unable to donate until medically advised. However, is it that the patient needs any type of blood as the specific type is important to note, and my God, what ward is he is for ease of locating? A visit and words of inspiration/motivation, and simply touch base with either him (if strong enough) or family, would prove healthy.
May he rest well, and hang in there!
It will be nice to meet him in person. Who/where is his family?
Even in the face of playing pan for 39yrs, being the niece of one of the earliest pan Presidents, George Goddard, and figure I learned the history of pan as written/stated by many pan historians/elders, I never heard of "All Aces" or "Blanca 47".

All Pan Times did in good faith was to seek the urgent request of blood for one of our steelband pioneers, certain individuals with large egos turned it into a dialogue of who is better Pan Times or Pantrinbago, this is not the forum for this discuusion, lets see about getting much needed blood to Mr. Augustus Mark.

Pan Woman, yep. That is EXACTLY what the cowardly totee-headed monster did. He "effed" with the WRONG person. He tried the WST members, the the WST, board, then he ran to his "PT", then to "cyber police", then to "police" and "immigration". He is SO DONE!!!! Like a cut off dick - all we are now witnessing is the phantom movements of a severed extremity. He will soon settle down and become motionless, because he is ALREADY DEAD!!! WST membership will end-up being beneficial to Pan Trinbago because they know that Pan People world wide are watching their every move. You cannot fool all the people all the time.
Cecil, that is EXACTLY what they are afraid of; this is not like long ago, and the World is a much smaller, interconnected, informed place than when these knuckleheads took over. REVOLUTION IS COMING TO THE STEELBAND MOVEMENT!!! And Pan Trinbago is powerless in that drive for freedom. Cecil and the rest of Trinis who are living outside of T&T by now you can access the level of intelligence these people's have back home.
Trinis have the most foolish pride on earth. They are backward and are afraid of the intelligence of Trini who are living abroad.
WST is in existence about 7 years dedicated to the steelpan movement. PanTrinbago who claims to be the Governing body for the steelpan World Wide"NEVER" let the world know of any of their events on WST in the last 7 years.
These people are backward and are out of ideas. PanTrinbago have 3 years to wind-up, they will be under a lot of pressure from the steelpan world.
Terry I think if Pan Trinbago take part in our discussions they will be able to better deal with job at hand, by staying away from WST only show them up to be petty and not in tune with what is happening around them.
