We all know the situation with Pantrinbago, dishonesty, corruption, and no transparency. But are all steelbands involve in skullduggery by submitting  false and fictitious names for players to collect stipends who never played a note in Panorama.. I believe some steelbands with honest Captains and Managers are not guilty of that practice but what about the rest are they just as dishonest as Pantrinbago and involve in skullduggery. TRUE or FALSE.  BLESSINGS.

  • Pan Trinbago can take corrective action, that's if they want to. Get modernized.

From a security stand-point if a manager or captain submits names of their players for Panorama. PT should be able to cross-check their registry to verify its accuracy.

When the time comes for issuing stipends, verification by name, photo id and their steelband membership will have to be cleared before the check is issued.

It should be the responsibility of the band to pay crack-shots from their own funds, They are selling their services as independent contractors, freelancing . If its their home band payments can be negotiated. That's not PT responsibility. Just my suggestion don't know if its workable for the membership.
